It obviously has several Genesis themed cards in it but if it was a full on Genesis deck I don't think the elders would have been so adamant that it wasn't Patriarchs 2.0.

With the Giant-created card and possibly other giant cards incoming, wouldn't be awesome to see a red/green enhancement dedicated to 'facing giants'. Just a random thought.

With so much discussion taking place about this, that and the other thing, I thought it might be nice to take a break and talk about the new set a little. The release is only about 3 months away. It'll be here before we know it!

This is going to be a GIANT set! You'll have to decide if I'm talking about the size, if that has something to do with Rapha or if we're going to stuff a set full of actual giants.

If we're going to have a giant set, we should probably include 1 or more giant slayers.

And where would a giant slayer be without swords and spears?

A few of the Foreign Wives people groups are getting some love, including at least one that didn't really have any support before now!

And the Cities are full of idols, idol worship and slavery.

But not all is lost, because in the end we have Hope because there is Life Through Christ!

I'm sure I've said too much. So like a certain widow, it's time for me to depart...

Alright folks! Divide and conquer....what kind of clues did Professor Gabe leave us? 🔎🔎

1) possibly a set larger than Priests
2) a pair of cards called 'Hope' and 'Life through Christ'
3) weapons pertaining to Giants and the ones that slayed them
4) some new evil characters, both good and bad
5) new sites and/or forts
6) possibly some gold/pale green evil enhancements
7) the new set might be released around May or June

Identifiers for Foreign Wives:

Israelite: Been a while since boost, so possibly more than a little
Ammonite: Not really considered a "people group" in Redemption yet, so probably not.
Canaanite: Decent size, and recent boosts, so maybe a little
Edomite: Newer "People group," with very little, so this is my guess!
Egyptian: Already pretty large, and recent boosts, so maybe a little
Moabite: Not really considered a "people group" in Redemption yet, so probably not.
Sidonian: Not really considered a "people group" in Redemption yet, so probably not.

There are no plans for a new starter at this time. Cactus still has a sufficient stock of I/J. We feel that does a good job of teaching the game.
