I guess you could say that Im addicted to my Xbox 360. Though, what I want to do is, somehow, capture my gameplay, edit the video, then post the video on youtube. Anyone got any ideas on how I can capture and edit videos on a tv screen with as little money as possible? I would appreciate your guys' "two cents worth."

There are capture devices that you can hook up to the RCA or S-Video on one side and the USB port of your computer on the other side.
Example:

Pinnacle is kinda famous for these on the PC side, though I'm sure you can find a decent off-brand one for less if you check Amazon or Fry's or some similar online store. Elgato (http://www.elgato.com/elgato/na/mainmenu/products/Video-Capture/product1.en.html) (pictured) makes a really nice one if you're the Mac side... I have one of their other devices and have used it to capture stuff from VHS and the like.
Alternately, you can go bootlegger and point a video camera at the screen and record it that way. But if the MPAA starts asking questions, you didn't hear that from me.
