need ways to boost wifi signal with out getting a new router.

Well... my router sends out a signal about 100ft away and I want it to go about 125ft away because atm at the 120ishft spot im only getting about 25% strength. Any help is appreciated. Also I heard that there is wifi "wall plug" booster things... are they real?
