What the heck is S-ID? I can't figure out where it is, Anybody know where to find it?

I think you have to buy it from some random guy .If there is an "Undernet" area he will most likely be there.

There is an Undernet, And i've talked to EVERYBODY there. So i'm completely lost... :(

Um...ok, if he's not there.....i'm not shure. It's been a long time sence i've played that game.
