Definitely needs 4 Forgotten Histories.

I haven't counted, but your numbers look off. I think you have more evil than good.
Your offense looks pretty weak, that should be your biggest concern. If I get an early Golgotha and 12FG (somewhat common due to stuff like Outpost, Armor Bearer, and whatever Angel searches for sites) the only way you can beat me is AOCP or Angel.

What would you suggest taking out?

I actually have a few cards I can add on the offense, but I'm not sure what to add. Any recommendations?

Probably The Rabsaris Attacks and The Rabshakeh's Threats

Ok done. I still need to add two good cards to make it legal. Any suggestions?

Great concept for a T2 deck. One of the great things about T2 is you can find a strategy and repeat it several times over. Consider the suggestions and modify it as you like with playtesting vs popular decktypes.
You may want to consider going up to 105. 5 extra cards aren't going to kill you, as T2 is longer and more forgiving than T1. The things that kill you in T2 is someone getting an unstoppable combo going, you have no answer, and then it's curtains. T1 its the speedy power cards and doms, T2 less so, although that is still powerful. Look at the 2010 nats winners in T2 2 player--both using the speedy and later unstoppable thad disciples, defenses-one using fast pharisees and the other using powerful blocks crimson vs the popular disciples/TGT-very effective. I have a few suggestions listed below that I wrote:
Cards in deck: 100
Lost Souls: 14
Lost Soul (anti-burial)
Lost Soul (can't be prevented)
Lost Soul (can't be prevented)
Lost Soul (Female Only)
Lost Soul (Female Only)
Lost Soul (Female Only)--you need to take this out (you can only have 2x special ability LS in a 100-105er deck).
Lost Soul (N.T. only)
Lost Soul (N.T. only)
Lost Soul (N.T. only)--Take this out as well to make it legal.
Lost Soul (revealer)
Lost Soul (Shut Door)
Lost Soul (Shut Door)
Lost Soul (Wanderer)
Lost Soul (Wanderer)
You can replace the 2x illegal LS with color guard and 2x purple sites since you are using AOC's in case you don't draw an assyrian camp--not necessary, but a possiblity. I don't know how you plan to stop preblock ignore offenses, and the anti ignore LS is an option, but you haveta be careful with how you use that with your own RTC.
Lamb Dominants: 6
Angel of the Lord
Grapes of Wrath
Guardian Of Your Souls
Harvest Time--you dont really need this--I like it for T2 multi but less so for 2 player
New Jerusalem
Son of God
Grim Reaper Dominants: 5
Burial
Christian Martyr
Destruction of Nehushtan
Falling Away
Mayhem
Fortresses: 4
Assyrian Camp
Assyrian Camp
Assyrian Camp
Wall of Protection
Multi-Color Sites: 3
Dragon Raid
New Jerusalem (site)
Promised Land
I would add another access site
Gold Sites: 1
Kir
I would go with Kir x2 since choose the blocker is very powerful if you dont run a counter, and having only 1 will result in you possibly never seeing it that game.
Green Sites: 1
Nazareth
I would x2 naz if you really want to stop searching. Having 1 in a deck is too iffy about drawing it.
Artifacts: 8
Assyria's Tribute
Assyria's Tribute
Assyria's Tribute
Chariot of Fire
Chariot of Fire
Holy Grail
Unholy Writ
Unholy Writ
I would -1 a chariot---in T2 running outta heroes is quite rare. If you want 1 in for a just in case thing that's cool, but if you don't wind up using it, replace it with something else.
On 3x assyr tribute....that can only be used x2 a game. So that means after you use 1 the other 2 are useless. So I would drop 2 of them.
Multi-Color Heroes: 1
Faithful Servant
Silver Heroes: 2
Captain of the Host
Captain of the Host
White Heroes: 2
Maharai

Obedience of Noah
Reuben's Torn Clothes
Reuben's Torn Clothes
If your intention is killing opponents Golgo/protect fort/site and RTC/AOC'ing them to death (which is a good strategy) then it makes sense to max out on AOC/RTC.
So I would -2 book o hozai and add x2 RTC
Purple Hero Enhancements: 6
Authority of Christ
Authority of Christ
Authority of Christ
Reach of Desperation
Reach of Desperation
Reach of Desperation
Add 1 more AOC since that's your main strategy.
Another note-you have 2x Mahari/2 white enh, 1x elijah, 1xmoses. You already have nasty FBTN with Jake/cap, and good drawing with reach. The fact that you have these 6 cards away from your theme means they won't show up too many times. Remember, T2 is about focusing on your goal and using it as a beatstick. You may want to consider taking those 6 cards out and adding claudia x1, 3x obedience o noah since choose the blocker is very powerful, and 2 more blue/purple heroes, or 6 other cards that support your goal.

updated with slugfencers suggestions.

don't you need 3 tributes?

No problem---The only other suggestion I would mention is New jerusalem site x2--I would only do 1 because it's a Per game ability, so another 1 would be useless. I would sub 1 in for another Dragonraid or Promised land.
Another commonly used artifact in T2 is darius' decree in order to stop ET/Jacob abuse and Territory class enh., also as a side benefit to d/c heroes in setaside which is common as well, as is SWJ which will hurt your uniques. I would take out Uzzah (you have 2K horses and DOU which should give you initiative) and add another captured ark to help that.
I would also watch out for the new angel enhancement that owns assyrians= protection o Jerusalem. I would take out something to zap that...not sure what to use tho.
The deck looks more focused now to use your ideas to win or lose.
Otherwise, it's a matter of testing the deck out against as many other decks as possible and tweaking it to your liking. :)

Three Assyrian Camps is too many, I would do 2 at the most. I would also cut Wall of Protection. It can really hurt if you run into Goliath, which you will. I would cut all the multicolor sites and look at adding Nazzy x2 to stop searching and to give you access to Samaria sites. I would also cut Assyria's Tribute for another Darius' Decree. You may want to look at adding another Captured Ark or two, as you need more ways to clear out pesky arts. The offense looks too concentrated. Four of any character is almost always too many. I would do 2 or 3 at the most. Water Jars would kill you. I would also try to add more versatility to the offense. Preblock cards can be strong, but have several viable counters these days.
-
I can tell you put a lot of thought into making this deck and it shows. It is very good for your first time. My only concern is that Covenant with Death and Protection of Jerusalem, cards that are very popular in type 2, will hurt your deck too much. All your opponent has to do is use one of these cards and either your entire offense or entire defense is stalled permanently, that might be too much to overcome.
To combat these two cards I would recommend adding more Captured Arks and using PoJ yourself. Not only can it discard CwD but it can also nuke pesky protection forts. As for countering PoJ well there is always darius' decree which I see you have, two more would be ideal as it serves a dual purpose of countering PoJ and Water jar. Hope that helped.
