Title: A-bomb watergarden
Post by: wyatt_marcum on May 23, 2014, 12:48:59 AM
I'm not great at building T2 decks, but I had an idea that I would like to implement. I basically want to make a watergarden offence (to make opponent draw)with a philistine A-bomb defence to kill territory as much as I could. I have seen the defence work in T1, and thought it would make an interesting T2 deck to use. any help would be great, I just am not good at making T2 decks. it is the balance part. I like big defensive decks.

I have found that in order to have a successful T2 Abom deck you need to pair the Greeks with a fast defense (and Philistines aren't it...). You definitely want to use a Luke-based offense to wield the full power of Abom with Heroes like Generous Widow and Martha, but Luke is not a fast offense so you need the other part of the defense to be fast in order to get Abom out quick. When I ran a T2 Abom deck I used Pharisees and it worked very well. I've never tried it with Egyptians, but they are certainly fast as well.

If you post a decklist, I would be willing to help you with it.

I know someone who used the A-bomb with Egyptians, and used all the discard top deck stuff and highplaces with it in T1, and it worked well. I will try to get a deck list together.
