Apprehended works for a capture if used on a warrior class.
I've seen raiders camp decks that use Herod Agrippa I to capture Peter from their own territory. Something to consider.
Sold into Slavery is alright as well. Only works on heros in a territory, but with a raiders camp deck, you can do this and then die to never lose initiative.

I've never found GotL to be worth the spot in a deck. I like the idea of using Lampstand + Altar of Incense with Solomon's Temple. It seems strong enough to be worth trying King Josiah in a purple royalty offense.
Although a defense base entirely on capture has the potential to be really good it also has the potential to be easily shut down. I prefer a diverse defense. That probably includes capture, discard, remove from game, FBTN, immunity, and stall tactics (like withdraw, side battle, set aside or protect from rescue). If you want to try the capture thing other crimson enhancements are:

The big thing I'm trying to do is use Raider's Camp to stall with the capture cards while not interfering with Alter of Incense at all. Christian Suing One Another, Neb's Pride, Midianite Attack will all be added as well. Anything else you could suggest?

That won't work with Raider's Camp though since RC specifies it has to be a human EC doing the capture.

I think RC has caught us all once or twice. I've seen many people (myself included) try to use it with Women as Snares too. ;)
