T1 and T2 have a few different rules in how you build the deck and a few different rules in the actual gameplay. The rulebook that Master Q referenced is a good place to start.

The website Master Q gave contains the 10th anniversary rule book, there was some rules changed like the number of copies of the same card is not updated there, and also there isn't any language regarding sites for T2, if I were to have a single color site with no special ability, how many copies can I have in a T2 deck? It is three like rest of the cards? Thanks.

Any card without a special ability is a max 4 per deck in T2.
