ok so i have some pretty good cards, a lot of promos and Ultra Rares, all of the warriors, prophets, ulimited, womens...most of the others, half a set of Texp, but no Foof or Roa. I do need to get some, but the main problem is that i have no idea how to even start thinking about building a deck...i feel so helpless. anyone want to help?

See wich colors you on gave the best cards. Example.... I have captain of the host. Ill put in jacob and simian both can band to capten wich makes a large fbtn battle. Next all add a few more cards that band to jacob and simian.that was an example but that is a pretty good ofence. You do something simaler for defense ad the doms lost souls and other cards and walaaa you have got your self a deck.
Just my $1.53

I agree you should start by finding a good combo and working from there. Or find what brigade you have the most good cards from and get going. It's easy once you start.
And play with a deck for a while so you can get used to it, and improve accordingly.
