I would take out burning of magic books and add unity in christ.

I don't have that yet (pending trade), but doesn't it just band? That doesn't seem really great for how few Heroes I have, unless it does something else in addition to banding?

It bands any number of Clay heroes in (not just from one territory), and is CBI if Paul is in play (even if he doesn't play it, so it actually works really nice on Ananais).  I would remove Burning as well just because you want a sure battlewinner in there, and Unity might be a good option but there are others (even Speak with Power is a great add for Paul honestly, and Power of the Cross is great on its own even before you get your Paul).

Also, when you test, if you find you need more ways to get Paul, try A New Creation.  Basically another Grail use that costs you your discard pile, which is probably going to be worth it even if you don't need it for a Paul.
-
Try Healing of Namaan as a another way to get Paul.

-
So far I've swapped Burning Magic Books with Praise from Prison, in case some heroes get captured. I should be ok with Love, Ananias, and self-converting to not need Healing o' Naaman, but if that's not enough, that is another option I will consider.

Blinding Light was basically made for Saul/Paul, but it takese up a valuable Dom slot...  :-\

-
Blinding Light is definitely a T2 dominant, and will find a hard time working its way into a 'normal' sized T1 deck.

On Healing of Namaan, definitely recommend the new A New Creation instead if you need more converts.  You cannot heal Saul if he is discarded from hand or deck, which makes that much harder to use (even if it lets you get back a Saul/Paul that just got discarded).  ANC, on the other hand, can be used even if you have no other options for territory (Ananias or Grail).  You already have Love for a Heal/Convert, so I don't think you need another.  Plus, ANC is a pre-block convert that can hit opponents or another battlewinner for Paul.

Just to make this a better deck, I would replace FA with Grapes or a different Dom, escpecially since you have Lampstand in your deck.
