Since you're using 15 cards for offense, I would use 9 heros and 6 good enhancements.

I was thinking of taking out A Roman Soldiers Faith and Jashobeam's but I'm not sure who I should put in. Possible Centurion at Calvary for additional Site Access and Joab for his banding but he doesn't have a reference so it's harder to fit him in.

Take out A Roman Soldier's Faith and put in either Caleb, Asahel, or Centurion at Calvary.
Take out The Book of Gad the Seer for Centurion's Proclamation.
Take out Adino's Spear for Battle Cry.

15 good cards - I'd do the following:

Abishai
Heldai
Asahel
Amasai the Raider
Spy
Centurion at Capernaum
Centurion at Calvary
Jephthah

A Soldier's Prayer
Freedom!
David's Triumph
Centurion's Proclamation
Mustering for War
Warrior's Spear
The Battle is the Lord's

Edited - Forgot to add in Adino, he's already in there.

I've considered adding Jepthah but he doesn't really fit into my theme and he's not that great once his special is used.

Jephthah can use all the great Red enhancements except David's Mighty Men (which I didn't even include in my 7 suggested enhancements).  Sure, he can't be part of the Red banding chains, but his ability is fantastic, especially against demons (which Red has trouble with).  If you don't include Jephthah, I would include 3 Nails or Wash Basin.  Or both.
