I was thinking of taking out Assyrian Siege Army and Assyrian Survivor and put in Besieged and Mustering for War. I have no idea.

The GEs are fine in this deck.  Most of them are CBN or can easily become CBN. The defense needs focusing before anything is done to the offense. I'll have more suggestions in a few.

I'd take out Korah's Rebellion, Failed Objective, SSS, and something else (maybe rams horn?), and put in Dave's mighty men, Abishai, Mustering for war &, Spy.

Why take out Failed objective its a auto battle winner. ( It will probably only be played by Egyptian Magiceans though ???)

Yeah but being a 6/7 won't get much ininish.

I would lose Enchanter for Assyrian Archer, and take out Failed Objective for The Rabsaris.

I don't like Assyria's Tribute. There's too much CBN out there nowadays for it to be any good. I don't use it in T1 or T2.
