I'm working on a new deck that uses Authority of Christ in it. I was wondering if there is an artifact such as miraculous handkerchief, but for evil characters, so that when I use AoC, I won't lose all my precious evil characters.

 Thanks,

Artifacts aren't where you'll find that, look at fortresses.  There isn't a blanket protection for any type of evil character from your own effects, but certain civilizations have options.  For example, Assyrian Camp (http://redemption.wikia.com/wiki/Assyrian_Camp_(Pi)) and High Priest's Palace (http://redemption.wikia.com/wiki/High_Priest%E2%80%99s_Palace_(Pi)).

There are some defenses that have a Fortress that protects Evil Characters of that specific civilization.

 Egyptians--Pharaoh's Throne Room
 Assyrians--Assyrian Camp
 Pharisees/Sadduccees--High Priests Palace
 Syrians--House of Rimmon
 Babylonians--Headquarters at Riblah

Many other defenses have Fortresses but they do not protect against your cards (like AoC), they only protect against your opponent's cards.

you have color guard lost soul in a purple site, or put 3 into kingdoms of this world. you can also run shrine and shuffle your evil characters in to your deck before using it. these are a few ways i know of to protect your own evil characters from your own aoc

If I were to put the color-guard lost soul in the Dragon Raid site or New Jerusalem site, would my evil characters in my territory be immune to all brigades, or is there a catch?

Color Guard (http://redemption.wikia.com/wiki/Jeremiah_13:10_(Pi)) only works in a single-color site, so that would not work.  But it is another option to be sure if you put it in a purple site (Pergamum and Canaan can work very well in certain decks).
