This deck is just fine for the local tourneys I use it for in real life, but it just doesn't seem to cut it in ROOT games on RTS.

It loses against higher competition because it is slow.  Personally, I'd boost the defense by adding 3 Characters and 3 Enhancements with a Lost Soul.  Dump Harvest Time for Darius' Decree or Hezekiah's Signet Ring (I've played a few games with this and it is surprisingly helpful against a lot of stuff).

I swapped HT for DD. Any suggestion on the EC/EH/LS?

I rather like having it at 56, but if you think 60 is the only way to make it better I suppose I can increase. I just don't see how adding more cards will make it any less slow.

You can't really make the deck faster without really changing it up IMO, that's why I think it better to beef up the D and just expect to be slow.

He would work better he also can boost up your d a lot. He is awesome with Raider's Camp. Archers is awesome but not as good as Ashpenaz XD

Added the 7 cards, with 3-liner's substitution of Ashpenaz.

I'm not sure how I feel about this, but I guess playtesting will be necessary to see if it makes any difference.

Leviathan is a beast in Bab decks. He is an animal, not human nor beast/demon so 3 Nails won't stop it and it can't  be captured. And the 12/12 doesn't hurt much either XD

Yeah, we'll see how he works out :P

Also, the last game I played, my opponent mentioned an uncertainty of having Abram/Abraham in here. Does anyone have a suggestion for a better hero to replace him with?

Angel at Shur comes to mind - He'll speed up your deck by getting your heroes out - he's also Genesis, so he doesn't mess up Ben or Zeb.

Ooh, you totally rock! I had completely forgotten about him. *adds him straight away*

I may actually just sub him in and see how that improves the speed before actually adding the 7 new defense cards to the deck.

Would the speed be better by subbing out Stone Pillar for Pentecost? I like the combo of Stone Pillar with Asher to recur what I discard, but last night showed that it only helps in some situations.

Well, I'm not sure it was so much the situation, as what you did - Stone Pillar should be used to pull out Dom's like Angel of the Lord or New Jerusalem, you don't (IMO) trash off 'Jacob Buries the Foriegn Gods' to search for 'Answer to Prayer'

Well, the problem was that I already had NJ and Angel in my hand. I guess I should have just left it deactivated.

Also, nevermind about Pentecost, I mixed up a few cards.
