I am pretty new to the game and site strategies. Could anyone help me with some brown site lock ideas? I would really appreciate it cause I am entering in the local tennessee tournament next month and don't want to get pwned. Thanks!!

If you are a new player, I think you should just put in a few sites to slow things down. Trying to lock people out is tricky. You have to know when to block, when to use a block to take out an access card even though you allow yourself to lose the battle and maybe even give up a LS in the process. You have to know how to use your deck to defend in case your sites haven't come out yet (or opponents create unprotected LSs), even though the defense probably isn't really built for that.
However, some people (http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/index.php?topic=18434.msg289377#msg289377) seem to think that there's no complexity at all. So maybe they can tell you how to build a deck that doesn't need to do all that :)
