I'm gonna be attending a local tournament later this month, and the Type 1 2-player and multiplayer are at the same time, so I can only choose 1. I haven't tested this deck yet (I don't have all the cards yet), so I don't know which it would do better in, so I'm kinda stuck on which to participate in.

for basic deck building its pretty standard to have 7 characters and 7 enhancements. So work as close to that as you can.

Also I would take a close look at your sites. you have 5ish colors i think with no clear lockout or anything. If you're gonna have RC in your deck. then go with a capture defense and cut out all the extras.

I took out tables of the law. I'm curious where the 7:7 ratio came from. Can you enlighten me?

As for the defense, when you say cut out all the extras, do you mean not to use any sites if I'm running RC? I'm not very good at deckbuilding, so I could use some explanation

BIG UPDATE: I totally reworked the offense completely (except for a few enhancements) and did some cutting out of the defense. I could really use some thoughts on this new build so I can get better at deckmaking

I had 57 (not counting the extra LS) and couldn't figure out what else to take out. I've found that I haven't used HT much anyway. I never draw it when they don't have any LS and when I do have it, they have at least one LS (that's usually the case, anyway). Do you know what I could take out to put it back in?

Since you do have a genesis offense, I would say Leah would be better (since, if I recall correctly, IAC got nurfed).

In terms of specifically Genesis, both Leah and AaS fit the bill. Also, Leah lets me get some of them, but only if Jacob is in play; whereas AaS let's me get any of them whenever. Basically, do I want to get anyone I want once (assuming that my opponent defends against AaS and I would lose as I have no silver enhancements), or possibly get up to 3 people I could use (assuming Leah and Jacob are out together and I can defend Leah at least once).

No, your defense is fine. It just slows you down in multi. Look at the past multi-player winning decks, they will always been offense heavy with a few random blocks or support EC's. Your deck is too balanced for multi player.

He is saying that most people don't use defenses for multi-player, and just focus on offense.

My suggestions for your deck would be:
Add 2 Babylonian ECs (Nebuchadnezzar if you can get him, hes OP)
Take out: Promised Land, And one of your blue enhancements (Dove, Book of Hozai, Jubilee seem to be your weakest ones)

Alright, I took out Dove and Promised Land and added The Imperial Guard and Nergalsharezer.

Any other suggestions?

You could take out Wall of Protection for Harvest Time if you think theres a need for it, not alot of cards band to blue or genesis except other genesis decks.
I would suggest 1st round (or any other good) lost soul instead of site doubler, there is a very low chance you will draw both at the same time.

I defiantly suggest adding The Exchanger Lost Soul. In my opinion, it is one of the best souls in the game because you can make it's effect help you both offensively and defensively.

The best part is it is a common card

Okay, I'll look into changing those. One thing I forgot to ask earlier was whether or not Jerusalem Tower would be needed.

Jerusalem's Tower is not by any means "needed". It is awesome when you have it and you get it up early against an Egyptian Deck, but most of those have Spreading Mildew to stop it....

Whenever I've used J Tower, I found it pretty much a dead card. I personally wouldn't recommend the card.
