Title: Is this banding chain any good?
Post by: hi123 on January 12, 2010, 05:13:04 PM
This is not a deck, but I do want advice for my three hero banding chain.
First is Phineas..., and his spear. I set him aside for 4 turns with Gathering of angels. And I try to have at that time burial shroud. When he comes back I set aside Jacob, with Jacobs new name. When he comes back I set aside Captian... With Chastisment of the lord (promo). Then youse them as a banding chain.
  So whatchya think???

Or set them all aside at once and get your combo several turns sooner.

I think Phinehas and all the set-asides are unnecessary. 16/15 is usually unbeatable, and if it isn't then I'm sure it's nothing Striking Herod can't handle.

16/15? With all the set asides he adds 9/9 (3/3 on Jacob and 6/6 on Captain). And yes, 25/24 will normally be enough.

Fixed my post to say a little more exactly what I meant.

Yeah but 16/15 isn't that great... unholy writ or any kind of cbn card to get rid of one of your heroes bring you down to killable range.

Yes sir, and the zeal+phinehas doesn't hurt either. I prefer gathering Michael - Jake- Coth
