IMO, ZT and babs is a great combo, not only because both are powerful but also in a few subtle ways (such as Set Fire solving Teal's site access problem). A few cards that are pretty much essential:
Joshua the High Priest
Jaddua, son of Jonathan
Haggai
Phinehas, son of Eleazar
Priests of Christ (If you have one. He isn't essential, but his ability is very nice in many situations, and he is NT)
Filling ZT
Zeal for the Lord
King Merodach-Baladan
Nebuchadnezzar
Nebushasban
Nergalsharezer
Winged Lion
Carried into Exile
Head of Gold
Nebuchadnezzar's Pride
Set Fire
Swift Horses
Captured Ark
Lampstand of the Sanctuary
Urim and Thummim
Headquarters at Riblah
Zerubbabel's Temple
All the basic good doms + Christian Martyr
Depending on your playstyle, Joiada and the feasts can be very nice also, and the rest is not too important. :)

just a few...
Jaddua is not essential. I don't use him that much. I LOVE Joiada though. you do need a couple of banding Z's Temple, but I like Eliashib and Joiakim better...I haven't played Z's Temple lately though.
and Covenant of Phineas. essential

I'm not sure about set fire; it is pretty nice, but it doesn't get the job done. For site access, you could simply activate Covenant of Levi and have dragon raid available as well. For EC's and EE's I'd say:
King Merodach-baladan
Nergalsharezer
Nebuchadnezzar
The Winged Lion
Nebushasban
Babylonian Forces
Gomer
Swift Horses
Head of Gold
Imitating Evil
Nebuchadnezzar's pride
Isaac deceived
Midianite Attack

my Crucify Him and Pergamum laughs at your D-Raid and Covenant of Levi. I include those in ALL of my site decks.

This is why Set Fire is so much better. Not only is it a great site counter that is hard for an average site deck to get rid of, but it also causes damage to just about any kind of deck, as fortresses are often very necessary for certain themes (ZT), whereas if you put a bunch of MC sites and access arts in, and then you don't run into a site deck, you've now got a lot of wasted space. Combine Set Fire with the Hopper, the Anti-Burial, the Revealer, and Mayhem, and maybe a Hur and Gifts if you're into drawing, and most site decks should not give you too hard of a time.

precisely. you basically explained my point.

Wow, that's a really goooood point! Forget I said anything about lurking for a crimson defense; definitely put in set fire.
