Title: I need a new offense. What works well with Philly?
Post by: czepp on July 28, 2011, 09:33:27 PM: I used N.T. Heroes & Conversion En. at both MD & PA States. I placed among the top ten in both tournaments, but I let my best friend borrow my offense. Now I need something to use with my Philistines (*cough Goliath *cough)! lol. I'm thinking a speed deck. What does everyone think?

If I wasn't opposed to all things disciples I would recomend disciples because they dominate everything.
But I do, so I don't.

I don't think that should be a criterion for taking an enhancement out. Otherwise, no one would play defense.

the thread is about an offense to go around my defense. I appreciate the help, but I like my phillys how they are. Like the commercial says, "It works for me!" lol

Post by: SomeKittens on July 28, 2011, 10:58:13 PM: Phillies are usually a smaller defense. Bigger offenses are TGT and Disciples. The advantage of TGT is that other things are splashable in (Disciples, Red, Teal). Disciples is the biggest (bar none) single defense this season, thanks to the aforementioned Thad.
