Hello All,
Does anyone know of a way to preserve your (own) evil characters from being discarded when you play "Authority of Christ"?
I was thinking "Kingdom of this World" might work, but I would like to hear any other suggestions you may have.
In other words, are there any other ways to keep your evil guys from being discarded by Authority of Christ, or perhaps there are ways to get them back out of the discard pile after they have been discarded (like a Chariot of Fire for bad guys)?
Would love to hear your thoughts.
Thank you,

Healings in Malta (heals your human ECs).
Torment (heals one EC).
Older protection fortresses (Pharaoh's Throne Room, Assyrian Camp, High Priests Palace, House of Rimmon).

Love can heal demons and they'll stay evil characters.

Guardian,
How do you play Healings in Malta?
Will it get them out of the discard pile after they die (i.e. next turn?)
Or, do you have to play it during the battle when they die, or right after the battle (in your discard phase)?
Thanks,
E

The way heal works is it brings the character back to territory instead of being discarded, but a heal ability must be used right when a discard ability completes, otherwise it is too late to heal.

So, are you saying that I would have to play Healings in Malta during the battle (in the battle) where the character is being discarded? But since Healings in Malta is territorial, can I play it on a clay hero who is not involved in the battle? And, what about initiative? Do I have to have initiative to play Healings in Malta at the time my character is dying? Or is this considered a form of special initiative?
Thank you

The opportunity to heal is similar to SI, yes. Any time a character would be Discarded, you can play/activate any healing card that will heal it.
Colorguard soul in a Purple site is the most generic way to pull off a free AoCP.

What is the colorguard soul?
