Awww, none of the really fun stuff. :( Take out Deceit of Sapphira for Desecrate the Temple. Boy, that is fuuuuuuuuuuun! ;D Also, you should get an art killer or two (awesome for Great Image, if you know what I mean), preferably Destructive Decay. You could maybe get rid of Coliseum Lions, or get rid of something else from your deck. (PS, it would be nice to see the whole deck. :-\)

Why not Destructive Decay?

Lying Unto God gives 2 more strength, but Destructive Decay can also negate a weapon class enhancement. Beings you only use 1 brigade, Destructive Decay > Lying Unto God IMO.

+1 Rawrlolsauce! on Destructive Decay.

I would also add Seven Wicked Spirits. He makes both Merodach-Baladan and Swift Horse more powerful.

Wait...why?

Wait...why?

Seven Wicked Spirits interrupts all Fortress abilities including the ones that protect against capture or whatever. The interrupt lasts until after the exchanged character enters battle. In the case of Merodac-Baladan and Swift Horses this means that your opponent will have no fortress-based protection active when you play the first enhancement.

Oh, right, I forgot about that move.

How big do you intend on making the offense? the d is moderately big (17 cards!) Get rid of headquarters and the capture; you'd want as few lost souls in territory as possible.  You need archers of kedar; it can come in handy.  What you want to do is have battle winners there is no protection for, to get around all the decks w/protection from everything (and heroless decks).  A few of these would be sarah's jealousy (goes EXCELLENT w/ christian suing), nebuchadnezzer's pride and isaac deceived.  One is a set-aside, another is return to territory and the other one is choose the rescuer.  There is no protection AT ALL from any of those things. ;)

choose a character --> WoP - LOCKED

Other than that, though, I have to agree.

Well, at least if your trying to choose your opponent's character, which now that I think of it usually isn't even the case....Anyway, you know what works quite well? - Sarah's Jealousy on a Babylonian to choose Seraiah the High Priest; wyn! :D

That's why you sacrifice your own characters.  They will die :'(, but at least you get the block successful

I would switch Evil-Merodach out for The Imperial Guard and Coliseum Lions out for Desecrate the Temple.

Have you ever used the Merodach capture combo? That's like the highlight of a Babylonian deck.

King Evil-merodach
Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Crimson • Ability: 8 / 11 • Class: Warrior • Special Ability: Protect all human Evil Characters in your territory from opponent’s cards. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, King (Babylonia), Royalty, Fought Earthly Battle • Verse: II Kings 25:27 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Uncommon)

Not quite sure what you're referring to, but I'm pretty sure Evil-merodach isn't a part of it. ;)
