What are some ways to get rid of evil 3W or make a hero CBN? Hoping to do this all from territory, right now I am using training in righteousness (would use love but dont have it) to make the hero clay then using joy, would really like something to just kill 3W, but cant find a way to do it from territory

It is usually possible to make Humble work for CBP on offense. Righteous Judge works to discard 3 woes played as evil but you would need to be in battle for that.

If your offense is OT, you can use AWSN to make your judges CBN. (And a good chunk of them already are)
If your offense is NT, I'd need a better idea of what you are trying to do before making recommendations. (If you are going Egyptians + NT Gold, then you just need to attack w/ Generous Widow on like 110% of your rescues w/ CBI Nobleman in play, and she's CBN)
Egyptians with their 3 Gold/PG magicians can splash Corrupt Earth, which can discard any card.
