I'm not sure I understand your last statement? I haven't mentioned that the opportunity is for only type 2. There isn't a limit on format.

The "Type 2 Only" is a special annual tournament that Wild Bill organized. Vega was trying to be supportive.

I believe the report also increases in accuracy with Type 2 - 2 player simply because you may run 4 copies versus 1 in type 1 - 2 player decks. So essentially the program has more 'data' to calculate and thus able to give a more specialized and specific evaluation to a type 2 - 2 player deck.
