There are a few missing doms. Fall like lightning you will not need. Same with sent 2 by 2 and the new commandment.

+1 Definitely needs more doms.  Take out Burial and Add in Falling Away, Mayhem, and Grapes.

You should also cut this down to 50 cards.

Take out imprisoned, and Massacre of innocents, and evil spirit on the defense and Fall like lightning and sent 2x2 on defense.

If you take out Chorazin that gets you down to 50.

Lastly I would switch out Herod Antipas for Lampstand of the Sanctuary and Escape to Egypt for Swift Horses.

If we get you a Lampstand you could pop it right up on that nice Herod's Temple, then cutting your evil Doms down to Martyr would just make sense. Herods make good fuel for Grapes of Wrath too if you can get one in here.

Because Herod's pass initiative, your artifacts should serve to help overcome that obstacle... put in a Writ fur-shur :)
Archeleus, Herod the Great, Herod Agrippa II, and Herod Philip II would all make use of Go Into Captivity as an artifact.
And on the off shot that you have Herod's Treachery attached, use GIC as an enhancement to stock Raider's Camp  ;)

On a Disciples Note, here's what I would personally use for enhancements
1-Passover Hymn (It's a negate... It's anti-territory placer... It's anti-immune... it cures the common cold...)
2-A New Commandment
3-Faith as a Mustard Seed
4-My Lord and My God
5-Great Faith
6-Reach of Desperation
7-AoC (Matthew)

With 1 less good enhancement, just pull out an evil (Rash Oath) and you've got your two spots for Writ and GIC.

Finally, you could pull Golgotha for Amalekite Slave. You'd have a King David blocker and more useful card. Make sure one of your Lost Souls is the Anti-Ignore

I disagree with that slightly.

I would say definitely leave Golgotha in, the anti-ignore only negates O.T. ignore.  You biggest ignore problem is going to be TGT.

Also his evil doms should include Mayhem for sure, since Lampy doesn't stop it.

You can always yank Andrew for more room.  Maybe for 4 Drachma Coin.

I would recommend cutting down Andrew and the Defense to get it down to 50 cards, you want your deck to be as small as possible in most cases so you should probably take out: Andrew, Chorazin, Imprisoned, Escape to Egypt, Massacare of Innocents, and Herodias.

Note: This is recognizing that you won't have all the cards right now, but this is ideally what you want your deck to look like, at least roughly. This isn't actually legal at the moment, but I don't have time to figure out what else to cut.

Why Holy Grail over Crown Thorns?

Why Holy Grail over Crown Thorns?

I meant to add Crown of Thorns and it slipped my mind. Definitely CoT over Grail, but ideally he should have both.

Maybe add CoT and take out GiC.

It depends. He's not going to get lower than 56 with a defense like that, and Herods need a pretty big heft to work, at least in my opinion. He'll probably need to stick to 56 cards, or cut Herods for something smaller.

I think it would be good if you put some of the artifacts for disciples in their, because they help alot. Like the one which makes you draw cards if peter is in play, and the one that makes it so you get your captured people back. And also, somehow if you could possibly find a way to protect your fortresses, that would good, considering that the Fishin boat is your speed, preatty much.

Dont use the aocp. It cant be searced for and used again. If you ran into an actual defence, you will need it for shure. Even if it is negated, they waste a negate on a recurable enhancement

So true wyatt, and at the same time you can search for it in your discard pile with matthew.
