Generally, a blue deck will be Genesis with Egyptians on defense.

Plus Zebulun, Reuben's Torn Clothes, and Reuben. Creation of the World (green Brigade) searches for all Genesis heroes in your Discard pile and bands them into battle, so you'll probably want to use that. Two Bears makes Joseph better and Abel is a genesis green Hero with a decent Special Ability who can play both Creation and Two Bears. For the Defense, Gold KOT, Egyptian Charioteers, Egyptian Chariots and Horsies, Failed Objective, Wonders Forgotten, Egyptian Magicians, and Escape to Egypt are all good cards to have in an Egyptian Defense.

I've been pondering the idea of using it instead of Plenty. Since Genesis decks traditionally have low hand sizes, it's really not a horrible idea to use it if you're not using Genyptians, and just Genesis offense. It does kill Zeb, as well as pre-block RTC with Jake, but it's still not horrible, since Genesis offenses don't draw.

It's one of the best hand discard cards in the game. Genesis Romans is a nasty hand discard and that gives you 6 or 7 extra discards.

Stone Pillar at Bethel is good artifact for genesis. Chariots of Fire and Unholy Writ should be in almost every deck.
