Take out Hormah, Prosperity, Torment, Massacre of the Innocents, Denial of Christ, and Herod Agrippa II. Put in Herod's Dungeon. If you can fit in a Herod's Temple, Lampstand, and a Garden Tomb, that'd be good. You might need to change the defense though to do that and keep it down to 50 cards.

I understand that, but the definition that Redemption uses is one of the 12 Jesus picked, and Matthias was not in this group, thus Redemption doesn't consider him a disciple.

Andrew shouldn't be too hard to get. He's a common. Ask around at your local playgroup. Offer them a quarter. You'd be getting a bad deal, but whatever.

Herod's Dungeon is probably the main reason why Herods are so good. Rash Oath is very helpful for Herod's Dungeon.

If you really just want a D that techs against Disciples, then use Philistines with a Simon the Magician splash. Use Goliath's Armor, Joseph in Prison, Bringing Fear, Foolish Advice, and Overwhelmed by Philistines as your enhancements. It's compact, Philistine Outpost speeds up your deck, and you have multiple CBN battlewinners against Disciples. And it won't be useless against other offenses.

You'll never get initiative with the good W/C philistines (Falolen Warrior could get initiative), and it's basically the only enhancement you'll want to play off of Philly Chariot, so there's no reason to include both. Phillies strength is running their opponents out of stuff to do. They play one CBN battle winner, they probably won't have another in the same brigade. Block that brigade with 12FG and pwn their faces off with interrupts. If they attack elsewhere, block Philly Garrison so they have to interrupt. Very few interrupts are also CBN, so pwn their faces off with an interrupt. Eventually they will run out of things and desperately rescue to waste time, in which Garrison or 12FG will pwn their faces off without back up.
