Title: trading value(on a scale from 1 to 100)
Post by: cookie monster on March 29, 2011, 05:25:13 PM
post the trading value of any card here. put the value on a scale from 1 to 100, 1 being a card that has no trading value, and 100 being a card is very rare and can trade for almost anything. please include the set the card is from.

FSP, Seeker, Soldier, King David, Nic o Antioch, FA and some what Poc are all 100's

Don, Goys, Grapes and Mayhem. You can also add fbtn wa cards would be in the 75 range

imo everything else is about as about the same to find just the price is different.
note that im rating this by how hard it is to find/demand

I don't think DON should be valued that highly anymore. Goys should be even lower. King David is pretty high too.

100: King David, Faithful Servant (promo), Nicholas of Antioch, Seeker of the Lost, King of Tyrus (wa)
80: Soldier of God, Grapes, Mayhem, Priests of Christ, King of Tyrus (priests)
70: AoCP...um, yeah, can't think of something else in this range.
60: Lampstand,
55: Destruction of Nehushtan, Judas, New State+ Promos
50: Guardian of your Souls, Unholy Writ,
40: Many really good rares, and decent ultra rares, and some TexP/Disciples, good FooF, good RoA
30: Good rares, lower TexP/Disciples, not so good FooF/RoA
20: Decent rares, bad ultras
10: Bad rares, good commons/uncommons
0: normal commons/uncommons

soldier of God should definitely be 100
PoC I'd say would be closer to 70 than 80, but that's just me

Soldier isn't as highly wanted, so how about a nice 90?

PoC is 75 then? Better than AoCP, but less than Grapes/Mayhem...

You could add NJ at about 70-80.

Based on what? I probably should have added that you shouldn't trade more than one tier (10 pointsish) up (example, you shouldn't trade 3 AoCs [45 total IMO] for a Herod's Temple [about a 40-45 trade value]), other than for things above 50, but even then you need to go over trade value.

If trading values were set by forum hype, then yes.  That would also set Que's trading value to 9000!  (That's nine thousand factorial)
