Although TEAMS deck-building rules are the same as T1, I believe the categories are different enough to warrant a section dedicated to TEAMS deck building. Post your ideas, suggestions, tips and questions here!

Is it a smart idea to have a large deck in teams ???

Is it a smart idea to have a large deck in teams ???
It can be. A lot of players have one faster, small deck for quick attacks, while the other player has a large deck that is more focused on defense, or transferring enhancements and characters to the fast deck player.

What good bregades are good for teams decks.
-
Whatever you're most comfortable with. It's much better for you and your teammate to play with decks that you're good with, rather than try and find the "best" deck.
-
I would like to try Teal sometime. It has speed, Z's Temple can benefit both, and it's really tough to shut down. You can stall, but only for so long. Throw in another color to get rid of D's Sin or IoJ. Could be good.
-
Is it best for you and your team-mate have the same good and/or evil bregade.
-
In general, yes. There are two popular forms of teams deck strategies: almost identical decks, and one offense deck, one defense deck. In the identical deck one, often times you'll band to each other, or pass enhancements through storehouse. In the offense/defense strategy, one person plays all offense while the other plays all defense, so naturally, they won't use any of the same brigades. There are pros and cons to both. Personally, I like both players to have a bit of both offense and defense, and for the offense especially, the same brigades.
-
SO a banding defence with storhouse is a good idea for teams. Is it a good idea to have Kingdoms of this world in a banding defence.
-
I don't think so. To my knowledge, you can't band to EC's in KotW.
-
If you're banding there's little reason to pass characters.
-
Or... have 2 equally fast, completely independent, decks and owners who know how to use them. <-- (My favorite way).

Make sure that your teammate will make up for weaknesses in your deck.

Pffft! As if! Weakness will not be tolerated in this clan! Jk, jk.

Is storehouse a good idea ???
-
Depends. It's much better in TEAMS than other types.
-
I also like it when you can get to eachothers characters, and pass Enhancments to eachother for that color. It would be kind of like a Egyptians bandind, with storehouse. And for the offense, it could be battle by numbers, which martin won type 1 2 player with, or sort of a sam.

I like to use 2 defences that can pull off alot of blocks. Did good in my last teams event. Never lost. One was a luke offence to make opponent draw and you draw too and a philly defence. The other was a standalone angels offence and a biggish babs defence. Ended up in second at the redemption for micha tournament. And both had gift of the magi in theem to help with speed.
-
My banding defense went undefeated at the micah tournament, and me and my team mate came in first place.

Where are the team rules?

I believe on the tournament host guide on cactus.
