Why take out Muster Seed? It can be used by both brigades
Also I already have New Commandment in the deck.

Incase you want to know I plan on using a Herod or Pharisee defense

Also, I'd use The Thankful Leper instead of Good Samaritan.  He can make Sam's Edict CBN.
