Title: Territory Class Enhancements

Can territory class enhancement be played on a character in my territory during a battle on a brigade color not in battle?

For example, if my green-brigade hero is being defeated in battle, can I play a blue-brigade, territory-class, interrupt enhancement on a hero in my territory to stop my green-brigade hero from being defeated?

Before I answer your question, I'd like to point you in the direction of this forum (http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/ruling-questions/) for any future ruling questions you might have. Now then, Territory Class enhancements can only be played in territory during the preparation and discard phases, so no, you can't do that.
