What's the point of swords into plowshares? It interrupts and discards all weapons and evil enhancements, which is good for btn after you play abel's sacrifice, but that's about it... i think. What do you think?
-
You can play it pre battle to take out any of the 2KHorses like weapons.

It's also a negate.
-
Your opponent has placed Pagan Sac. and Spreading Mildew in your territory, Sword into Plowshares is a good way to get rid of them. Scapegoat is another good way to get rid of them. *wink, wink RR*
Godspeed,
Mike

It's also a negate.
Do you mean actually nullify the sa or negate as one of the three terms interrupt, prevent or negate?
-
It interrupts the enh then discards it. The enhancement now can't reactivate cuz it is in the discard.
-
Interrupt and discard is almost exactly the same as negate and discard.
-
What do you mean?

I think you're mistaking overpowering with being more powerful than. If so, then you are correct to a degree, but it really depends on the way you use the card.
-
I love Swords 2 Plows it's way sweet
-
It's like a better, Hero version of Devourer.
-
I use it in my T2 prophets deck to deal with 2khorses cards as well as an extra negate and it works well if there are placed things, such as enhancements in storehouse, and it can even get rid of Angel's sword and other good weapons
