Title: New Beginning & protection from shuffling

If my territory and hand is protected from shuffle by Nazareth, and New Beginning is played, what actions to I take?

Obviously I don't shuffle my hand and territory, but would I still draw eight cards and (if I was the one who played New Beginning) start a new turn?

Nazareth says protect from opponents' cards, so you would shuffle if you played the enhancement. If your opponent played it though, then you would be able to draw 8 (or to the hand limit).
