Title: Need suggestions for a NT defense

I need it to be around 12-13 cards. Any suggestions?

You can make a decent Herods defense for 13 cards. Depending on the offense, you can stick CP and Naz in there too.

I used this in my garden tomb deck. it worked fairly well.
