Ok, I have Eli, the Priest, and Search for Table of Showbread. I put TGT out. And, I set aside one for four turns, and then It can band to any hero. Then , I should have out Solomans Temp, and Glory Dom out. I put Table of SB. In there, with Zeal. I make a RA with my TGT hero, banded to my priest, I inturupt and discard to EC'S of different Brigades, causing my opponent not to block. And then repeat the prossess!

nice. I play GT and it is a good thought

Saying that you've won with a TGT deck is like getting a "i rode the kingda ka rollar coaster" t-shirt at goodwill.

OK, I dislike TGT as much as most other players, and wrote a huge article about it. But a win is a win. If you have access to the same cards and you choose not to use them, that's your choice. If I said "REAL players don't use dominants", does that mean you don't deserve credit for winning a tournament with a deck that had Dominants in it?

My post was a joke. :)

I laughed and then I told you I cried and then I laughed some more.
I forgive you.

And then repeat the prossess!
Wait how do you get Zeal back?

its on Table yo it stays there
-
What do you mean it stays there? You keep using the same enhancement over and over again?

thats the way i always played it

Table of Showbread
Type: Artifact • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: On activation, place a good O.T. Enhancement from hand on this card. Your Priest may use that Enhancement as if played from hand, regardless of brigade. If this card is deactivated, return contents to hand. • Identifiers: OT, Tabernacle Item, Temple Item • Verse: Exodus 25:30 • Availability: Priests booster packs (Ultra Rare)
The enhancement has to be moved to battle for the Priest to use it. The ability won't activate unless played on a character.

No it doesn't :-*
-
"as if played from hand" means you do the same things you would do if you played it from hand, and adding it to the battle is one of those things. This card just became WAY OP'D if you can use Zeal or any other GE over and over again.

i would emphasize on "As if Played"

You have been playing it wrong.

I would emphasize the word "use."
-
I would emphasize that you're wrong. The idea is to play an enhancement from another color on a priest. That's why it says regardless of color, play it from here, like you would from your hand.
-
yeah, Table of Showbread would be so broken if that's the way it was played.
I PUT A DECK DISCARD CARD ON TABLE OF SHOWBREAD AND USE IT 56 TIMES! LOLZ, U LOSE! would basically be how it goes down.
-
I agree with the preceding posters. Table of Showbread only works when your priest has initiative, and when the enhancement is used, it is placed in battle and discarded at the end of battle as usual enhancements are.
Another possibility would be putting an off-color TC enhancement on ToS and then using it with your Priest during your Prep/Discard phase. So you could have Phinehas play Well Reopened (or something like that).

Agreed to all of those who don't agree with warrior.

gather jeremiah or zachariah
activate hidden treasure
play zeal/two bears/search
band to tgt heros

TGT is for noobs
-
RA w/ Nathan. Shuffle in one of their bad guys. Use Hidden Treasures to play Ship to Cyprus to add your Joanna to battle. Win a LS. :o
-
Nice play, I may have to add that one to my deck - I've been looking for an excuse to work some green in....
-
I can't see any reason not to include Nathan in every deck. He's almost as good as Mayhem! And since you have some green you might as well toss in ANB too.
-
James actually built a deck around that theory earlier in the year, Green/FBTN/TGT with the Nathan trick and ANB. Totally owned me the first game we played.
-
yea Nathan is a beast...well prophet actually but great character
-
now they have peters curse lucky us. :)
