Covenant of Palestine is another option, although it eats your Art slot. It stops all capture except CBP/CBN captures, and it can even get Moses back if he was captured before you drew CoP. Also, being a covenant, it stops the CBP LS, which is great for Moses.

He only protects I Samuel heroes f/ capture.
