Now that it doesn't protect from Mayhem, will Lampstand of the Sanctuary still see play?

Not nearly as much.  However, it will see much more if the dom cap becomes standard.

Lampstand saw more play than it's ever seen before last year with the introduction of Herod's Temple - odds are, it will never see that level of play ever again. However, it will not be used as much this year as it was last year. Not because of the lack of protection against Mayhem, but because NT offenses won't be as popular this year, so Herod's Temple won't be used as much.
