Just for clarification. Tower is a much different and less useful way to negate NT Heroes.

I don't believe there is a card that negates just NT Heroes that would match, but there are plenty of options as noted above :)

Although--since he asked specifically about an artifact--hyper-technically both Tower and Tower of Thebez are wrong. ;)
