Ok, so I have a Choose-The-Blocker T2 deck that epically fails vs KOTW. I'm trying to figure out the best way to deal with it.
First, I could use blue Ehud + Sound the Trumpet. Problem 1, I can't choose a demon. Problem 2, I need them to have an EC that is 7/12 or higher to play this without giving them initiative to negate me. I like this option because I have a lot of blue already.
Second, I could use gold Ehud + Vengeance of Eternal Fire. Problem 1, I don't have any other gold cards in the offense. Problem 2, I need them to have an evil character that is at least 5/9 for this to work without them negating me. I like this option because I can choose demons and I can choose more characters than with blue Ehud.
Third, I could use A New Beginning. Problem 1, this nullifies any Provisioned characters I have out. Problem 2, this is only a temporary fix since they can draw KOTW again. I like this option because I already have green, I can use it with Hidden Treasures and with my small deck a restart doesn't hurt my offense or defense a lot.
Fourth, I could do Provisions + Claudia + ET + Sound the Trumpet. This is the most effective way, since I can choose after discarding KOTW, winning me a battle so I don't have to waste a turn. However, it is also the least efficient because it requires 4 cards + 2 turns to set up and is more easily thwarted than the others.
Which of these options do you prefer? Any suggestions for getting rid of Kingdoms that I didn't think of?

You could try using some of the defensive fortress killers, depending on what your defense looks like at the moment.

Jake- OON (Their High #, Play STT). Yes that requires no wop.
Also, Spreading mildew, T blast, The destroyer also helps (You can snipe ecs that are in there, or better, band um in a side battle!)
I prefer the 4th option.

I use the third option with my pale green defense. Once I know they have KotW I use Confusion.
I use RR's idea of Spreading Mildew with my gold defense using side battles via SotL.
I've been toying around how I might use Balance to take care of KotW, The Darkness and UN all in one fail swoop. It means I have to be more creative with my offense but if it works then I'll use it with my gray defense I'm using now.

Does it have to be in a ra? If not use a defensive side battle with cher/et ;) Small offense = SSac+Jseat as well.

Burning Sensor is another options but requires a different direction that you're currently heading with your deck.
I like option #4 best from the ones you proposed.
Teal works pretty well with green. Joshua + Trumpet Blast is a really nice way to rid them of any evil Fort.
Green also has some nice side battle options allowing you to do the dirty work on defense.

+1 with Gabe. Both Visions (if the #'s work out for you) and SotL (SotL can even be played with HT before an EC enters battle.) Do your dirty work on the defensive side, set fire, spreading mildew...dirty deeds done dirt cheap ;)

If you already use blue you could use Soildier of God and or Ahimaaz with Helmet of Brass on them. Play Sound the Trumpet and if you have Rams Horn up,it can't be interrupted. You could also set aside Jacob with Sabboth and then play Sound the Trumpet which couldn't be negated.

Sound the Trumpet isn't a Genesis enhancement sadly.
