Title: Hidden Treasures + Split Altar? Does it work well?

I have never used split altar before, because it would require intiative usually, but then I thought of this combo.

First of all, does Spilt Altar shuffle all artifacts in the pile, or just the active artifacts?  The card does not specify.

Second, am I correct that if you played this with Hidden Treasures, than you could then follow it up immediately with another enhancement like Spiritual Warfare, per the second ability of Split Altar?

That is one of the reasons why I don't think Split Altar deserves all the flak it gets for not being good enough. I would probably have used it in my Heroless deck to get rid of Unholy Writ before playing my next enhancement on Paul via Hidden Treasures, as I often found it difficult to have Blue Tassels active. Unfortunately, I have never owned a Split Altar.
