Just the other day i was looking at my deck. I was looking through my green enhancements, and when i got to two bears, i thought for a second. I read it again, and i noticed something: "If used by a prophet, interrupt the battle and select one evil card of every evil brigade in play..." Just then, a lughtbulb went off! :amen: The fact that the wording says ''evil card of every evil brigade in play" means it can target evil characters as well as
fortresses and curses!! I felt so happy at that moment, i almost cried :'( (jk). Then another lightbulb went off: Micah's recur ability pertains to all evil brigades in play. So, if an evil fortress is up and you attack w/ him, you can recur up to 7 enhancements, since there are 7 evil brigades. At this point, imo it's the best hero enhancement there is. ;D If i'm wrong please tell me, but I'm pretty sure it isn't

Forts don't have a brigade, but that's still a really cool combo!
-
Yeah, sorry to bust your bubble.

Yeah, sorry to bust your bubble.
NOOOOO. :'( Can it still at least target curses? :prayer:
-
AFAIK, curses do have brigades though, so Two Bears can shuffle off-color ones and Micah can recur an extra card if off-color ones are up. :)

What do you mean by off-color?
-
Yes, curses have brigades, even when being used as an artifact.
An example of an "off color" curse would be if I was playing a gold Egyptian defense and had Confusion of Mind active. CoM is pale green and my opponent's egyptian is gold. Two Bears would let me shuffle both since they're different brigades.
-
The original concept would work if I manage to get a copy of Self into my opponent's territory, correct?
-
Yep. How you'd do that, I'm not sure.
-
Seven wicked spirits ;) and abusing self enough they wanna take it from you.
-
Yay, mind tricks! ;D
-
What curses dont have colors! When a curse comes into play as an artifact it is only treated as an artifact, not both. How could two bears target an artifact?
-
Double post :o

Also how would that work ???

Just to confirm for you, curses do indeed keep their brigades, and therefore do have a color.
I think this decision was initially made because some cards were printed referring to the curses as having brigades, rather than due to gameplay consistency. However, regardless of initial reasoning, the "curses have colors" ruling has been made for years and doesn't appear likely to change.
-
And there was much rejoicing.

Just wondering was this ruling made on the boards and if so do you have a link?

so then my strategy where I use self and in one turn place a territory placement card in my opponent's territory of every brigade and then attack with claudia banded to ET and then play Job overcomes works.... YES!

I'm not responding to the quote, but i take latin and i believe that latin at the bottom says: 'unless all the people give me money, i throw a rock at your head.'

I looked, and it seems to no longer be with us. I don't know if it was removed in the "great purge" from a long time back or what. But I remember that there was a big discussion on it back in the day :)

I was told it translates to this: "I have a catapult. Give me all of your money, or I will throw a rock at your head."
