Is there anything that can stop this combo? Or could this be used as a permaprotect for any number of Green/Blue/+1 other brigade Heroes?

The wicked lost soul and lamech can also allow you to target it, although you have to have the right card to target it.

Also, any ability that can hit Goshen with something other than discard would work. Using Betrayal to underdeck it for example.

Can CoW Moses be negated including his CBN part? As far as i was told any CBN card is inherently CBN itself - right? If so it's a long way to go to get rid of Joseph first and negate or DC Goshen later on...

No part of Moses CoW is cbn. It negates stuff.
Anything that grants CB-anything is CBN

The way I like to think about this is that when the card says it cannot be interrupted (or same for CBP or CBN), then there is NOTHING you can do to allow it to be interrupted (or prevented for CBP or negated for CBN). Therefore you cannot negate or prevent or interrupt those modifiers..there is no way you can do that.
Note: Like Moses, cards that negate other cards are different types of abilities. As pointed out, he is not CBN
Note: There is a way to get around CBI, CBP, and CBN abilities if you have a way to “instead” whatever they are trying to do. While it gets around their ability, it is not trying to negate it.

The part of Joseph that grants CBN to Goshen, Storehouse and other son of Jacob cannot be negated. However, the protection ability on Joseph can be negated.
It's also important to remember that in order for Joseph to make Storehouse and Goshen CBN, he must be in play first because those Forts cannot "gain" CBN later as their abilities never reactivate (unless they somehow leave play and come back)... I learned that lesson the hard way the other night... ::)
