Boaz's Sandal Recursion

Does anyone know of a way to recur Boaz's Sandal? And in general, to recur artifacts? (besides Temple artifacts, which I know there are a few cards that can grab them from the discard pile)
Thanks!

I don't believe there are any ways to recur regular artifacts like this one, and I'm fairly certain all current Ruth cards recur a "good Ruth card/character/enhancement" so it cannot get an artifact.

Thank you- I did some searching but couldn't find a way, either. Because Boaz's Sandal discards itself when used, protection doesn't help either, so it sort of has an inherent "once per game" limit. I see the potential with it to splash in Ruth heroes with other offenses, but maybe it's better for T2 where you can have up to 3 copies of it.

To my knowledge artifacts can be protected from themselves (only characters have the limitation there). However, even if there were a way, it is a cost-benefit on Sandal, and thus you cannot search or add without discarding it.

Ok, that's helpful- I'll have to keep that in mind with other artifacts!
As for Boaz's Sandal, I've found that Joy on Ruth is pretty awesome- 11/3, Negate Evil Characters CBN, protected from decrease...definitely good to splash in with other offenses!
Thanks again!

Depending on how strong the Sandal proves to be, I think there's potential for a future card that may allow Sandal recursion--perhaps something that requires a dedicated Ruth offense (i.e. If all your Heroes are Ruth Heroes, search discard pile for a Ruth Artifact).

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

That would be great!! I was thinking that if only Boaz's Sandal was a covenant, then it could be recurred, as well as searched out from the deck by Covenant Keepers (which is white to go with the rest of Ruth).
It could be argued that given that a covenant in general is an agreement, contract, or promise, the Boaz's Sandal exchange situation could be a covenant in scripture, although it wasn't between God and someone, it was between Boaz and the Selfish Kinsman.
Maybe it could be errata'd to be a covenant??

The sandal is a better fit as an artifact (as it is an item)...however, the covenant of the Kinsman Redeemer is certainly a likely choice for a future covenant...
