What are the worst strategy's? Deacons are pretty bad, Greeks have almost nothing going for them except Abomb, Judges aren't very good.... Any others?

All the discussions about Redemption tiers would seem to disagree, though I've never put much stock in them.

Judges are indeed awesome.  They don't really need any splash, but they work with almost anything currently.

Judges are awesome, they have amazing territory destruction. 

Here's a fun territory destruction deck idea.  Use Judges(for judges seat)/prophets(for Hur and Nathan, and FoT)/Samaritans (for SWJ) on the offense.  Then Run Greeks + something (probably stand alones) on the defense.

Use judges seat to snipe ECs.  Use Hur and FoT to abuse abomb.  And use this combo.  Go in with AUTO -> Sam to get out evil Saul. draw a bunch.  Then go in with Nathan the next turn to shuffle Saul and a character in your opponent's territory.  Keep alternating that along with Abomb and Judges seat and you can just walk in ftw.

In my experience, Judges Seat doesn't actually end up affecting the game all that much.  The prevalence of protect forts, plus the fact that they can just discard a card of the same brigade, means that it usually ends up being a nuisance at best and a threat at worst.  Still, a threat is useful in and of itself.

Don't forget Samson's Sacrifice for territory destruction, as well as to get rid of those pesky protect forts :)

Judges are quite good in T2 as well. Territory destruction is more of a thing there.

How about persians. I've used them. they are WEIRD yet powreful in their own way.

One of the only things they are good is crushing Babylon. But Haman sets aside people aside that Persian Presidents can then capture.
