When is the best time to play divination since the palegreen magicians are 6/7 than you will probably not have initiative to play the card first?

You can play Divination outside of battle as well, it's Territory Class.

Yeah, i would most definitely play it outside of battle when you need a little something more to get your defense a win.

I like using five divinations with 5 sin in the camp and high places so you can pull everything out by turn 4 and place a ton of lost souls on the bottom of your deck in a type two game. pretty epic. I would also consider playing with hezi's ring and j tower so that your deck can't be touched by other peeps.

does anyone have a great deck with divinationx5 for type two?
