Is there a Artifact or Fortress that makes Captures CBN??
I think there's one that says.....
if a WC EC is in battle, Capture abilities are CBN.
Please help. I need this for a Raiders Camp thing that I've been trying to do.

First, I think you were thinking of Go Into Captivity for the card you referenced.
Go Into Captivity (Pi)
Type: Curse • Brigade: Crimson • Ability: 0 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: If your warrior class Evil Character is in battle, you may discard this card to capture a Hero.
There are plenty of ways to make capture CBN (use Captain of the Temple Guard with Herod's Temple Site out, use Esau the Hunter, use King Sargon while an Assyria Site is in play, use Potiphar with a Pharaoh's Prison Site in play, use Nergalsharezer with another Babylonian in play, etc.), besides just enhancements that are CBN. However, there is nothing that makes an capture ability CBN without the capture itself being CBN or having a character I mentioned make it CBN.
I'd recommend going Pale Green to use Esau the Hunter (no set-up) with Assyrians to have Sargon (minimal set-up with Assyrian Site) to use the 4 captures there (Stocks, Captured by Assyria, Disturbing Samuel's spirit (remember you can cap your own and likely have a different brigade), and Slave Trade) while also adding in Babylonians for CBN Nerg play and their 4 captures (Head of Gold, Apprehended, Sold into Slavery, and Carried into Exile).
Also, remember that they don't have a chance to use Special Initiative to negate your capture if you don't target the heroes in battle. That let's you use a tiny character (both Pale Green and Crimson have a bunch, and some are both!), capture from territories (including yours), and then die to return characters from Raiders Camp.

If you are against Old Testament heroes you can use Asherah Pole to make all your evil enhancements CBN, but it will be useless against New Testament heroes.

Ah yes, forgot that one. Just remember that it works for all players. I really don't recommend ever using it unless you're using a dedicated NT offense, especially since there are easier ways to do what you want to.

For Raiders' camp, remember you often don't need CBN capture to win the battle. Just capture heroes not in battle, then let your opponent "win" the battle and release the heroes.

King Sargon II, If you have Assyria in play evil capture CBN. Put 2kH and you have a pretty sweet guy.

I think you were actually thinking of Carcusses, which if a WC EC is battle D/C abilities are CBN, which is an easy way to WoS CBN, but not much makes Capture CBN and even if it did, most can't get past Protect abilities either.
