Card Combos?

Hey, folks:

My friend says he came across some pretty devastating combos that will be used at the major tournaments this year (specifically, Nationals). Being that he's not as farmiliar with the cards as I am, he couldn't remember what the cards were, what they did, or how they were used as a combo. So my question is: What are some of these devastating combos that are going to be used? (Hopefully you won't mind spoiling the surprise a little bit -- lol).

Uh...Hur & Gifts of the Magi?...Trembling Demon & Holy of Holies?...Providing Angel & Torment?...I mean, there are a billion combos. :dunno:

Yeah, I do realize that. But he was kind of panicking over some of the combos that are going to show up. Personally, I'm just going to go and take them all in stride. After all, the true mark of a good player is not the deck you're running, but how you play the deck you have. Thanks, though.

Let Mr K know not to worry too much about the variety of comboes/tactics out there and just have fun :).

Maybe I could play him with my nuke deck online to see if he's ready for that :P.

lol Well, I'm trying to get him not to worry about the tournament, but he has a much different mindset than I do. I'm going for the experience of it, and just to have fun playing other people that I don't have the opportunity to play normally. Mr. K is a competitive player, harkening back to his Magic: The Gathering days, and he's going to win.

Sin in the Camp!!! YEA!

Jacob+Ruebens Torn Cloth pre block ignore

Garden Tomb especially put with jacob (and teal to look at hand with trumpet blast to kill protect fort tech)

Prophets w/ ANB and BT#s

whatever Guardian is playing (sure to have sites im guessing)

Combo decks using recursion (deck check murmering or burning up the chaff and plenty of Hezzies ring+Hur to disrupt combo players hand)
