Title: Both players Deck out

If both players have these set-up they'll both deck out in one turn, right?  ;D

Until one hits the 16 card hand limit yes

Considering they're both optional, I think the Damascus player starts declining long before someone hits 16. The GC player is getting exactly what they need, while the Damascus player is only getting random cards.

I meant in the OP that both players have both Damascus and GC
