Title: Zechariah and Holy of Holies?

If Holy of Holies (http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/holyofholies.htm) is active then Zechariah (http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/zechariah.htm) can use NT Enhancements without their special abilities being negated, correct?

Not really.  Zechariah just loses the ability to negate any NT enhancement.  They can still be negated by other cards.
