Can you search for the O.T. AotL with this since it isn't Teal?

No because it specifies that the card you are searching for has to contain a brigade.

I thought that was a very odd card when I saw it; oddly enough, it actually encourages multiple brigades.

We (playtest group) want to have some cards that encourage multiple brigade (2-3) offenses (otherwise Seeker, Soldier and Faithful Servant wouldn't be as useful). The things we want to inhibit are 5-6 brigade offenses that are simply "splash decks."

Teal is a great combo color because of all the bi-colored Priests and now with cards like Zadok Annoints.
