Title: You are the Christ vs 7 Years of Famine

If someone plays 7 years of famine on any blue genesis character as a good enhancement then I'm I able to play You are the Christ and discard  it because its targetable as an evil card?

No. Cards with multiple alignments can only be targeted as what they were played as, so 7 Years of Famine, when played by a hero, can only be targeted as a good enhancement. Similarly, a curse being played as an artifact cannot be targeted as an evil enhancement.
